Team Leader - Commercial Industries and Access School

Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover) The School of Commercial Industries and Access at Kingston College is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join the School Management Group and provide leadership across a number of curriculum programmes. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of teaching, learning and student outcomes, leading and coordinating curriculum teams, and contributing to the School''s Quality Self-Assessment and Improvement Plans to ensure targets for recruitment, retention, achievement, success, progression and student satisfaction are met or exceeded. Working collaboratively with colleagues across the School, the Team Leader will support cross-college initiatives, curriculum development and continuous improvement. The role also has a key responsibility for driving the school''s skills agenda by strengthening employer engagement, ensuring employers contribute to programme planning and delivery and providing students with a wide range of meaningful employer interactions, including guest speakers, industry visits and other enrichment activities. As Team Leader for Barbering, you will lead an innovative, industry-focused curriculum that fosters creativity, technical excellence and professional growth for both students and staff.
