We''re looking for a Team Leader to help lead and support a team of Residential Support Workers, delivering safe, nurturing, child-centred care to children and young people in our residential home.About the Role of Team Leader, Children''s Residential As Team Leader, you''ll work alongside the Deputy and Registered Manager, guiding your team to meet the complex needs of children and helping them build resilience, form positive relationships, and achieve their individual potential.
