With our network of offices across the UK, we are open to discussing working options that match your needs, with the flexibility to change how you work as your life evolves.What you will be doing: Lead, motivate and develop a team of Operational Control Room colleagues Maintain high technical standards and oversee project briefings Ensure team and public safety in compliance with health and safety legislation Monitor team performance against contractual KPIs, SLAs, and operational targets Promote a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability Liaise with various stakeholders, manage records, and complete necessary documentation Coordinate day-to-day maintenance operations and manage resources efficiently Develop and maintain positive working relationships across the contract.
