Team Leader Home Care Location: BournemouthSalary: £13.30 per hourHours: 30 hours per weekOn-Call: 1 evening per week and 1 weekend in 4On-Call Pay: £20 per weekday evening / £90 per weekendDriver: EssentialWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to join a reputable and well-established home care provider in Bournemouth.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in a similar care or supervisory role who is looking to take the next step in their career while continuing to make a positive difference to the people receiving care and support.The Role As a Team Leader, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of high-quality care services. You will work closely with care staff, service users and the management team to ensure that care is delivered safely, consistently and in line with individual needs.Key Responsibilities Support and supervise a team of care staff, providing guidance and day-to-day support.Carry out regular staff supervisions, spot checks and observations.Help ensure care plans and risk assessments are followed and kept up to date.Monitor the quality of care being delivered in the community.Support with staff induction, training and development.Assist with managing staff rotas and covering shifts where required.Respond to service user and staff queries professionally and promptly.Build positive relationships with service users, families and healthcare professionals.Report and respond ..... full job details .....
