The division recruits highly competent, energetic assistants able to hit the ground running with a strong work ethicTEAM ASSISTANT ROLE:Managing extensive calendars for large teams, including MD and Partner-levelCoordinating and scheduling meetings, conference calls, Zooms and video conferencesHandling a high volume of phone calls and emails, relaying information in a timely mannerCoordinating room bookings for internal and external meetings across multiple locationsCoordinating international and domestic travel arrangements, including visas, flights, accommodation and car bookingsImplementing divisional policies and providing guidance to team membersProcessing and preparing expenses in a timely mannerTaking on ad hoc tasks while maintaining workflowSupporting teams with day-to-day issues, needs and queriesProviding phone and holiday coverage for colleagues as requiredTEAM ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:Having 2-3 years'' experience as an assistant, ideally within financial servicesUsing Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook to a strong standardPrioritising a variety of competing and time-sensitive tasksDemonstrating dependability and high attention ..... full job details .....
