My client is a dynamic and community-driven events business who are looking to recruit a Office Coordinator and PA will provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support across the business. This role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including managing diaries, coordinating travel, planning events, and overseeing office logistics to support staff and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the diary of senior leadership, including scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments.
- Coordinate calendars across the senior management team, ensuring efficient scheduling and preparation time.
- Organise domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and transport for staff.
- Maintain accurate records of travel arrangements and associated expenses.
- Plan and manage attendance at external events including booking tickets, handling registrations, and managing logistics.
- Organise internal events such as team gatherings, seasonal celebrations, and staff appreciation activities.
- Oversee ordering and stock management of office supplies, including stationery, kitchen items, and general consumables.
Key Skills & Attributes
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proven experience in office coordination, personal/executive assistant, or administrative support roles
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive approach and strong problem-solving ability
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar/email tools (e.g. Outlook, Google Workspace)
