Primary Teaching Assistant - Blackpool area

Tradewind are working with a ''good '' primary school and they are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis starting as soon as possible. You will be providing general support in KS1 and KS2

They are looking for someone who has previous experience and is familiar with both curriculums, as well as supporting with Phonics and is flexible across different year groups.

• Have excellent communication and behaviour management techniques
• Be confident in dealing with challenging behaviour
• Excellent interpersonal skills based on effective communication
• Passion to ensure every child succeeds and reaches their full potential
• An awareness of their own strengths and areas for development and a willingness to listen to, reflect constructively and ac upon, as appropriate, feedback from others.
• Be able to confidently work as part of the team and independently.

Essentials:

• This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
• Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
• You must have the legal right to work in the UK
