Teaching Assistant

We are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant on a day-to-day basis, with the opportunity to progress into a long-term role for the right Teaching Assistant. The successful Teaching Assistant will support teachers in delivering engaging lessons, work with students on a one-to-one and small group basis, and help maintain a positive and productive learning environment. This Teaching Assistant role offers the chance to gain experience across a variety of secondary schools while making a real difference to students'' education. We are looking for a proactive Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting young people and building positive relationships throughout the school community.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• At least 6 months'' experience working within a UK education setting
• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or supporting young people in a school environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
• A patient, flexible, and proactive approach
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable but not essential
