Are you confident supporting secondary-aged students with their academic, social and emotional development?

The school is committed to providing an inclusive and supportive environment where students can access their education and develop their confidence and independence.

The school is looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant for short-term and long-term temporary opportunities on a full-time basis. The successful Teaching Assistant will support secondary-aged students, including pupils with ASD, ADHD, EAL and SEMH needs, working alongside teaching staff to provide effective classroom and individual support.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or supporting pupils within a UK secondary school
• Experience supporting students with SEND, including ASD and ADHD
• Experience supporting students with EAL and SEMH needs
• A confident and adaptable approach to supporting secondary-aged students
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• A patient, supportive and positive attitude
