Be part of a pupil’s school journey

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll help create an environment where pupils feel supported, included and able to learn.

Depending on the school and position, you may be involved in:

• Supporting teachers during lessons and classroom activities
• Working with pupils individually or in small groups
• Helping children understand and complete learning tasks
• Encouraging pupils to remain focused and engaged
• Supporting positive behaviour and classroom routines
• Helping pupils develop confidence and independence
• Providing pastoral and practical support
• Contributing to a positive and inclusive school environment
