Salary: £92.63 - £110 per day

Do you have experience supporting pupils within a Key Stage 2 / KS2 classroom?

Are you confident working alongside a class teacher to provide effective whole class support?

TeacherActive is proud to be working with an OFSTED rated ‘Good’ mainstream Primary School in Salford. The school provides a positive and supportive learning environment where pupils are encouraged to develop their confidence and make progress throughout their education.

The school is looking to take on a Teaching Assistant on a full-time, long-term basis from October. The successful Teaching Assistant will be working within a Year 3 class, providing whole class support alongside the class teacher and helping pupils remain engaged and supported throughout their learning.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable
• Experience working with children within a Primary School setting
• Experience supporting pupils across Key Stage 2 / KS2 is desirable
• Strong communication and classroom support skills
• A positive and proactive approach
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
