We are looking for passionate Teaching Assistants to join these schools and play a key role in supporting studentsandrsquo; educational development.

Key Responsibilities:

£ Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
£ Providing 1:1 or small group support to students, reinforcing learning and aiding comprehension
£ Helping set up classroom resources and activities to enhance learning experiences
£ Supporting students with SEN needs, following tailored support plans
£ Encouraging positive behaviour and social interactions among students
£ Assisting with personal care where necessary, ensuring student comfort and well-being
£ Creating an inclusive, motivating, and structured learning environment
£ Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers
£ Ensuring the safety and well-being of all students

About You:

Friendly, patient, and enthusiastic about supporting childrenandrsquo;s learning.
Previous experience in a school or educational setting (preferred).
£ Available for full-time or part-time fixed days.
A valid DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain one).
