Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant ready to support young learners in their early educational journey£ Supply Desk is pleased to be working with a welcoming primary school in Crawley, currently seeking an EYFS Teaching Assistant for a long-term role starting ASAP and continuing through to July 2026.

This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact on childrenandrsquo;s development within a nurturing and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons

• 
  

  Work closely with EYFS pupils, providing both one-to-one and small group support

• 
  

  Help foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere

• 
  

  Assist with classroom organisation, preparation, and day-to-day admin tasks

• 
  

  Encourage positive behaviour and promote pupil well-being

Requirements:

• 
  

  A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting early years education

• 
  

  Previous classroom experience is desirable but not essential

• 
  

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• 
  

  A current DBS registered on the update service, or willingness to apply for one
