As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support students aged 11-16 with a range of special educational needs.
• Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and accessible lessons.
• Provide one-to-one and small group support tailored to individual learning needs.
• Encourage students'' independence, confidence, and social development.
• Promote positive behaviour and help create a supportive learning environment.
• Assist with personal, emotional, and academic development where required.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with children or young people, ideally within an SEN, education, care, or support setting.
• Is patient, compassionate, and able to build positive relationships.
• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Is adaptable, resilient, and keen to learn.
• Holds a Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).
• Has a positive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs.
