Primary Teaching Assistant – Year 3 | Salford

Location: Salford, Greater Manchester
Pay: £92.63 – £110 per day (depending on experience)

We are currently recruiting a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Salford. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a Year 3 class and make a positive impact on pupils'' learning and development.

As a General Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside the class teacher to provide classroom support, assist with learning activities, and help create a positive and engaging environment where every child can thrive.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of engaging lessons.

• Working with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce learning.

• Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting an inclusive classroom environment.

• Assisting with classroom preparation and resources.

• Supporting pupils'' academic, social, and emotional development.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience working with children in a primary school or educational setting.

• Has a positive, caring, and patient approach.

• Can build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.

• Is proactive, organised, and able to work well as part of a team.

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Is passionate about helping children achieve their full potential.

• Competitive daily pay of £92.63 – £110, depending on experience.
