Key InformationPosition: Supply Teaching AssistantExperience: EssentialHours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM About the RoleAs a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will provide crucial support to our teaching staff and pupils. You will assist in delivering a highly personalised curriculum, helping to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment. Your experience in working with students with special educational needs is essential for this role.ResponsibilitiesSupport pupils with complex and severe learning needs (ages 4-19) on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging lessons.Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.Provide personal care and support where needed.Contribute to the well-being and development of our pupils.
