The school promotes an inclusive and supportive environment, with a strong focus on ensuring every child reaches their full potential.The school is looking to take on a full-time Primary Teaching Assistant on a permanent basis from September. The successful Primary Teaching Assistant will be working on a one-to-one basis with a pupil with SEND, supporting their academic progress and emotional development, while working closely with the class teacher and SENCO.The successful Primary Teaching Assistant will have:• Experience working with children with SEND such as ASD, ADHD or SEMH• Previous experience in a primary school or educational setting• A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable• Strong communication and behaviour management skills• A patient, nurturing and resilient approach• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staffIn return for the above you can expect to receive:• A dedicated team of consultants available 24/7 to help you with the easy onboarding process• ..... full job details .....
