An excellent and expanding School in Redbridge is looking to take on dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their supportive team.

Teaching Assistant - The Role:

• You will support pupils across a range of ages all with Special Needs

• Some personal care will be required as part of the role, so patience, empathy, and a caring nature are essential.

• You will assist students with learning on a 1-2-1 and small group basis.

• You will support the Class Teacher with lessons, behaviour management, and creating a positive learning environment.

• You will provide encouragement, praise, and tailored support to help pupils achieve independence and enjoy learning.

• Creativity and the ability to make learning engaging and accessible will be highly valued.

Teaching Assistant - The Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable (paid or voluntary).

• A calm, caring, and resilient personality - able to manage challenges with a positive attitude.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team and use own initiative.

• A genuine passion for supporting students and helping them reach their potential.
