SEN Teaching Assistant (1:1 Support) - Reception ClassRedbridge September 2026 Start £95-£100 per day PAYETradewind Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive Primary School in Redbridge, which is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team from September 2026.This full-time role will involve providing 1:1 support for a pupil in Reception who has an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO and wider support staff to ensure the child can access learning opportunities, develop confidence and make excellent progress within the classroom environment.The position is based within a nurturing Reception class and will primarily involve supporting the pupil throughout the mornings. The school is looking for a patient, proactive and enthusiastic individual who can build positive relationships and provide consistent support tailored to the child''s individual needs.Previous experience working with children with Special Educational Needs is highly desirable. Candidates who have supported pupils with EHCPs, Autism, speech and language needs or other additional learning needs will be particularly well suited to this opportunity.
