What we''re looking for:

• Proven Experience: Background in education, childcare, care work, or supporting individuals with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Strong Empathy & Patience: Ability to connect with young people and tailor support to their individual needs.
• Compliance: An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).

Key Duties:

• Classroom Support: Assist teachers with room setup, resource preparation, and managing classroom behaviour.
• Academic Guidance: Lead small-group interventions in reading and writing to reinforce learning.
• 1-on-1 Support: Provide dedicated support to pupils and adapt tasks to their capabilities.
• Pupil Well-being: Offer emotional support, monitor student safety during breaks, and report progress or safeguarding concerns to teachers.
