Teaching Assistant

Prospero Teaching is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a Secondary School in Brent Cross. The schools are seeking enthusiastic individuals with a positive, can-do attitude. The role will involve supporting Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.This position is open to candidates with experience as well as those looking to start their career in education.CONTRACT DETAILS Location: Brent cross Position: Teaching Assistant Type of Work: Teaching Assistant (classroom support) Start Date: January 5 Duration: Until the end of the academic year Contract Type: Temporary Hours: Full-time, 8:00am - 4:00pm Minimum Rate of Pay: From GBP90 per day EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS Experience working with children or young people A degree (desirable) Up-to-date Safeguarding training (issued within the last year) TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: Hold the Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child-barred list DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one Provide two professional child-related references covering the last 2 years OTHER INFORMATION If you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up-to-date CV.
