Key ResponsibilitiesEarly Years Support: Assist in delivering engaging EYFS lessons and play-based learning activities.Child Development: Support children''s personal, social, and emotional development in line with the EYFS framework.Observation and Assessment: Record and monitor children''s progress, contributing to learning journals and reports.Learning Environment: Help maintain an organised, safe, and inclusive classroom setting.1:1 and Group Work: Provide support for individual pupils and small groups to enhance learning outcomes.Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to support each child''s needs.Safeguarding: Follow safeguarding and child protection policies to ensure the well-being of all pupils.Contract DetailsPosition: Early Years Level 3 Teaching AssistantContract Type: Long-term (ongoing)Start Date: November 2025Hours: Full-time, 8:20 AM - 3:45 PMRate of Pay: From 95.29 per dayQualifications and ExperienceQualification: Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent).Experience: Minimum of 12 weeks supporting children in an Early Years or primary setting.Training: Up-to-date safeguarding training desirable (training can be provided).Eligibility RequirementsRight to work in the UKEnhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)Two professional references from educational settingsBenefitsFree access to CPD courses, including EYFS and safeguarding training.Ongoing support from Prospero Teaching''s ..... full job details .....
