KS2 Classroom Support with SEN Focus - Darwen Hours: 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM (includes 1 hour of welfare duties) Contract Type: OngoingA primary school in Darwen is seeking a committed and experienced Teaching Assistant to support pupils in a KS2 classroom. The role includes working closely with children who have additional needs, providing tailored support to help them access the curriculum and thrive in the classroom environment.Applicants must have:A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualificationAt least 6 months of experience working in a primary school settingConfidence supporting children with SENA proactive and flexible approach to classroom supportThis is an ongoing role offering consistency and the opportunity to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.Safeguarding and Application Requirements: All applicants will undergo an Enhanced DBS Check, reference checks, and any necessary overseas police clearances (if applicable) in line with safeguarding policies.
