Learning Support Assistant / Teaching Assistant Location: Crawley Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15am - 3:00pm - Term Time only Start Date: As soon as possible Pay: 90- 100 per day (depending on experience) Contract: Ongoing supply with the opportunity to go permanent We are seeking a committed and adaptable Learning Support Assistant to join our clients SEND team. This role involves supporting students with additional needs as a Teaching Assistant (LSA / TA), enabling them to fully engage in their education both in and outside the classroom.Key Responsibilities:Support the educational and social development of students as an LSADeliver targeted learning programmes to individuals or small groupsProvide in-class TA support, providing 1-2-1 encouragement and ensuring the tasks are accessible and clear for the pupilAssist with student records, access arrangements, and SEND administrationContribute to the preparation for Annual Reviews and other student-focused meetingsWhat We''re Looking For:Clear and effective communication skillsA caring, approachable manner with a high level of commitmentBasic ICT skills and the ability to support learning using digital toolsFlexibility, reliability, and a team-focused approachWillingness to undertake training and professional developmentprevious experience supporting young people as a TA, LSA, youth worker, support worker, pastoral or behavioural assistant This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young ..... full job details .....
