We are working with a beautful independent prep school in Shepherd's Bush (W12) who are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a Year 5 pupil within the classroom with ASD & ADHD on a 1:1 basis. 

Location: Shepherd's Bush, W12
Start Date: ASAP
Role: Teaching Assistant – 1:1 (Year 4)
Contract: Part time, long term
Hours: 8:30-12:30 (Monday–Friday)
Pay: £70-£80 for the morning 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support for a Year 5 pupil with ASD & ADHD
• Support communication, engagement, and social interaction
• Help the pupil access daily lessons and classroom activities
• Work alongside the class teacher to follow and adapt individual support strategies
• Create a calm, encouraging and structured learning environment
• Maintain strong safeguarding and behaviour support practices

About You:

• Experience supporting pupils with ASD & ADHD
• Calm, patient, and nurturing approach
• Confident supporting year 5
• Proactive, reliable, and supportive
