Primary Teaching AssistantRuncorn Full-Time Temporary Role Immediate Start Primary Teaching Assistant - Runcorn Hays Education are working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Runcorn to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant for an immediate start. This is a full-time, temporary position, offering a highly competitive daily rate and the opportunity to make a real difference to pupils'' learning and development.The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers to support pupils across the primary age range, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment. You may provide one-to-one support, assist with small group interventions, and help pupils to access the curriculum both inside and outside the classroom. Responsibilities: Supporting teaching and learning across the classroom. Providing targeted support to individual pupils and small groups. Assisting with classroom preparation and resource development. Promoting positive behaviour and pupil engagement. Supporting pupils with additional needs where required. Working collaboratively with teachers and school staff to ensure the best outcomes for pupils. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Previous experience working with children within a school, childcare, or educational setting. A positive, proactive, and nurturing approach.
