Qualified Teaching Assistant Primary School (Salford) Location: Salford Salary: £100 - £110 per day Duration: Full-time, Long-term (January start) Are you an experienced and qualified Teaching Assistant passionate about supporting primary-aged pupils? We are looking for a motivated individual to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Salford. Teaching Assistant Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will: • Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils access the curriculum and reach their potential. • Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging, differentiated lessons. • Support children with additional needs by adapting resources and strategies to ensure inclusivity. • Create a nurturing and positive environment that promotes confidence and independent learning. • Assist with classroom management, transitions, and maintaining a calm and focused atmosphere. • Collaborate with staff and parents to monitor and support pupil progress and well-being.
