• Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of engaging and interactive lessons

• Providing small-group and 1:1 support to pupils to help them progress

• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment

• Assisting with classroom management and general TA responsibilities

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary setting

• A proactive, adaptable, and nurturing approach to supporting pupils

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A genuine passion for helping children thrive in their learning and development
