• Full-time, long-term position within a dedicated SEND unit

• Supporting children with complex needs, working at an EYFS developmental level

• Delivering tailored, one-to-one and small-group support to help pupils thrive

• Collaborating with the class teacher and SENCO to create engaging, supportive learning experiences

• Previous experience supporting pupils with SEND, particularly complex needs

• A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach

• EYFS experience is highly desirable
