What you will be doing:

• Provide classroom support to teachers and students.
• Work closely with students, including those with emotional, behavioural, or social communication needs.
• Assist with preparation for lessons and ensure a positive learning environment.

• Help with school trips and activities.

Who We''re Looking For:

• Motivation to work with children and young people.
• A positive attitude, emotional resilience, and strong communication skills.
• Level 3 TA qualification is desirable but not essential - the school will support you to achieve this.
• Willingness to complete enhanced DBS clearance and full compliance checks (essential).
• Would suit candidates who come from a TA, LSA, INA role previously, or if you have been care worker, support worker, youth worker or have supported children and young adults and a different setting previously.
