Job Title: Teaching Assistant

About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary schools in the Lincoln area. Roles are available for flexible daily supply, part-time positions, and long-term placements to suit your availability.

Responsibilities:
Provide support to teachers and pupils within the classroom
Assist with learning activities and behaviour management
Encourage a positive and engaging learning environment
Provide additional support for pupils with specific needs

Requirements:
Previous TA experience or a relevant qualification
A genuine passion for supporting children''s education
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Adaptability to work across different school settings
Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one
