The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff to support pupils with a range of learning needs, helping them develop academically, socially, and emotionally.The RoleProvide targeted support to pupils in KS2 through one-to-one and small group interventions.Assist children with additional learning needs, including SEND, speech and language difficulties, and social and emotional needs.Support the delivery of engaging lessons and classroom activities.Help pupils build confidence, resilience, and independence in their learning.Monitor progress and provide feedback to teachers on pupil development.Encourage positive behaviour and contribute to a safe and inclusive classroom environment.Work collaboratively with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies where appropriate.About YouPrevious ..... full job details .....
