We are looking for a caring and committed Teaching Assistant to join a friendly team and support children with a variety of special educational needs.This is an exciting opportunity to work in a structured, nurturing environment where every child''s abilities and potential are celebrated. You will help pupils develop academically, socially, and emotionally, making a real and lasting impact on their education.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND across Key Stages. Support children with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties, and communication needs.Collaborate with teachers and the SENDCo to deliver tailored learning plans and interventions.Use creative, sensory, and play-based strategies to engage pupils.Encourage positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and independence.Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and external professionals.Who We''re Looking ForExperience working with children in schools, SEND settings, or youth work.Patient, adaptable, compassionate, and passionate about supporting children''s learning.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.Committed to ..... full job details .....
