Teaching Assistant

ABC Teachers are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant with prior experience supporting pupils of a primary age to work on a day-to-day / part-time basis in and around the Wilnecote area to start from January 2026.The role This role will include: Offering support to both pupils and staff members across various year groups in a primary setting.Starting as day-to-day supply staff on a flexible basis, but with the potential to become a permanent member of staff for the right fits.Working between typical school hours of 08:30-15:30, Monday to Friday. The school:ABC Teachers work with primary schools in and around Tamwroth area, all offering a warm environment for supply staff coming into the school.Requirements To be considered for the Teaching Assistant role, you will: Have had prior experience working with children in a similar setting. Have a keen passion for building a strong working relationship with pupils and to provide them the best chance of developing. Be able to commit to full-time work. Ideally have a teaching assistant qualification, however with the right experience this is not compulsory. Provide references from your most recent and relevant employment.
