Your new role We are seeking an enthusiastic, resilient and child-centred Class Teacher to lead a complex needs classroom. The class supports pupils aged 7-14, with behavioural needs and a range of learning profiles. The cohort includes nine pupils, predominantly with autism, though not exclusively.You will be supported by a strong in-class team of Teaching Assistants, including an experienced HLTA who plays a key role in delivering interventions and maintaining routines. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about helping pupils achieve meaningful progress.
