Job Title: Alternative Provision Teacher Work type: Full time, 5 days per week, PermanentSalary scale: Up to 40,000 per annumLocation: Wigan, Manchester In this role you will: Define precise learning goals and outline how these will be delivered and measured.Design activities that stimulate curiosity and stretch learners'' abilities.Establish ambitious yet achievable expectations for all students.Set clear, personalised targets that build on what pupils have already achieved.Recognise and plan for the needs of learners with AEN/SEN, those who are more able, looked-after children, and others with unique requirements.Structure lessons effectively to maintain momentum, engagement, and challenge throughout.Use assessment strategically to track progress and ensure the full curriculum is covered.
