As a Tax Manager, your responsibilities will include:Managing a diverse client portfolio, covering both personal and corporate tax mattersReviewing and signing off tax returns and computations prepared by the teamTaking a lead role in advisory projects such as structuring, succession planning, and tax-efficient strategiesActing as the main point of contact for clients, providing technical expertise and proactive adviceBuilding and maintaining trusted relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met to a high standardSupporting, mentoring, and developing junior colleagues within the teamIdentifying opportunities for additional services and contributing to business developmentKeeping up to date with evolving tax legislation and sharing insights with colleaguesThe Ideal Candidate

The successful applicant will:Be CTA or ATT qualified (or equivalent), or qualified by experience, with significant UK tax experience in practiceDemonstrate technical strength across both personal and corporate tax compliance and advisory workBe an excellent communicator with a proven track record of managing client relationshipsHave leadership skills with experience supervising or mentoring staffPossess strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlinesBe commercially minded and proactive in identifying opportunities to add value to clientsBring a collaborative approach and the confidence to work closely with senior leadershipAbout The Firm
