Tax Director

The role will be based at the firm’s office in Maidenhead and will oversee compliance and advisory functions, predominantly within the scope of private clients and OMBs.Along with a competitive salary, depending upon experience, the firm will offer an outstanding range of benefits and flexible, hybrid working.As Tax Director, reporting to the Tax Partner, your responsibilities will include:

Managing a client portfolio and providing a high-quality service to clientsManaging the tax team which includes CTAs and ATT traineesReview of Self-Assessment tax returns, self-employed accounts and rental accountsEnsuring compliance with the firm’s published policies and proceduresOverseeing the profitable provision of the firm’s tax compliance and advisory service and functionsGrowing the firm’s client baseProviding high level and detailed tax advice to clients on a wide range of matters typically including;

OMB tax planningBusiness sale and acquisition and other transactional mattersCGT and IHTEmployment related securitiesNon-resident and non-domiciled tax planning/ adviceTax enquiry work
