60721We are partnering with a leading advisory firm to appoint a Corporate Tax Partner with a strong background in Transactions Tax advisory. This appointment is central to the firm''s growth plans, driven by increasing demand within its Financial Due Diligence and wider transaction services team. The role represents a key strategic hire at a time of significant opportunity.The incoming Partner will be responsible for leading and advising on a wide range of MandA tax matters, including structuring, corporate re-orgs, due diligence, and post-deal integration. Working closely with the firm''s FDD and corporate finance teams, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering technical and commercially relevant advice across a broad range of transactions. This is a client-facing role requiring strong advisory experience, ideally developed in a corporate or transaction tax environment.Contact:

Responsibilities

Lead and advise on a wide range of MandA tax matters, including structuring, corporate reorganisations, due diligence, and post-deal integration.Collaborate with the Financial Due Diligence and corporate finance teams to deliver technical and commercially relevant advice across transactions.Develop and maintain client relationships in a client-facing advisory capacity within a corporate or transaction tax environment.

Qualifications / Requirements

Experienced Corporate Tax professional at Director or Partner level with a proven track record in delivering high-quality MandA tax transactions advice.Strong technical knowledge, sound commercial judgement, and a collaborative mindset.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.Interest in contributing to the development of the firm’s corporate tax proposition, and in supporting business development and talent development within the ..... full job details .....
