Tax Consultant Woking, Surrey £50,000 - £60,000 We are working with a highly regarded firm in Woking which is looking to appoint a Tax Consultant. This is a really interesting opportunity for someone who enjoys working across both personal and corporate tax and would like a broad role with a good mix of clients. The portfolio includes private clients, business owners and directors of owner-managed businesses, together with some clients who have more complex UK and international tax affairs. On the personal tax side, you will manage compliance work for a range of individuals, including capital gains tax, inheritance tax, property-related tax matters and, where relevant, non-resident and international considerations. Alongside this, you will be involved with corporation tax compliance, predominantly for owner-managed businesses and their directors. The wider nature of the role will also provide exposure to VAT, employment taxes and the tax implications surrounding different employment structures. We are keen to hear from candidates with a good breadth of tax knowledge who are confident managing more technically involved compliance work. You may be Qualified by Experience, ATT, CTA, ACA or ACCA qualified or currently studying towards a professional qualification. The firm is very open to candidates who are qualified by experience, particularly those who have built strong knowledge of complex tax compliance through their career to date.
