This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional who genuinely loves tax, enjoys solving complex client challenges and wants to develop their career within a specialist advisory practice. This is a true advisory role with minimal compliance work. You''ll be working closely with a diverse client base, delivering bespoke tax advice, managing a team of Graduate Tax Associates, reviewing technical work and playing a key role in the firm''s continued growth. For the right individual, there is a clear and achievable progression path to Associate Director. Senior Tax Consultant Responsibilities: Lead and manage a broad range of tax advisory projects from inception through to completion. Deliver high-quality tax advice that is commercially focused and tailored to client needs. Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted adviser. Manage project budgets, fee estimates, profitability and client expectations. Prepare fee proposals and scope new projects. Review technical reports, research and advisory work prepared by Graduate Tax Associates. Mentor, coach and develop junior members of the team.
