Overview

A well-established mid-sized City law firm in London is looking to hire a talented Tax lawyer to join its highly regarded and ranked Corporate practice.Responsibilities

Provide tax advice on tax aspects of MandA and venture capital transactions, corporate restructuring, and employee share schemes, and contribute to high-quality, complex work within a supportive team.Qualifications

Junior to mid-level lawyer (NQ–4 PQE) seeking hands-on experience across a wide variety of tax matters.Newly qualified solicitor with a seat in Corporate Tax or a junior Tax lawyer looking for progression within a dynamic team.Commonwealth qualified lawyers with relevant experience (and Right To Work in the UK) are welcome to apply.Notes
