The Role: We''re looking for an experienced French speaking Talent Sourcing Specialist to join PeopleScout and support one of our global clients across EMEA and APAC. This is a role for someone who genuinely loves the search. You''ll spend much of your time identifying and engaging passive talent, building strong pipelines and finding creative ways to reach people for specialist and hard-to-fill roles across multiple international markets. LinkedIn Recruiter will be a key part of your day-to-day, alongside Boolean search, talent mapping, competitor research and other sourcing techniques. You''ll also bring valuable market insight to HR and recruitment teams, helping them understand talent availability and shape the best approach for each search. This isn''t primarily a full-cycle recruitment role the focus is very much on proactive sourcing, initial candidate engagement and delivering high-quality talent into the recruitment process.
