Job Title: Talent Acquisition Sourcing SpecialistLocation: Leeds, London or Manchester Job Function:The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist is accountable for candidate sourcing and engagement activity across CBRE Business Lines. Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner working within a flexible structure alongside Talent Acquisition (TA) Partners to deliver recruitment activity to a successful conclusion. Sourcing candidate for existing vacancies and creating pipelines for future requirements against workforce plans through a combination of networking, research and sourcing on various candidate attraction tools and job boards. SME within Talent Management for the Local UK''s largest retail account and Leeds Gateway office. Responsible for providing a high-level candidate experience and customer satisfaction, supporting CBRE diversity equity and inclusion initiatives throughout, shortlisting, providing candidate feedback, contract initiation, oversight of onboarding and induction into the business.
