Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand the qualities, skills, and attributes that define exceptional candidates for our team.Identify, connect with, and engage top talent across various channels, ensuring a steady pipeline of highly qualified candidates.Develop and refine our recruitment framework, including tools, technologies, and standardized workflows to promote efficiency and fairness.Design and deliver a seamless end-to-end candidate journey, with touchpoints reflecting Emma’s values and fostering engagement.Collaborate with stakeholders to design interview structures that are thorough and bias-free, enabling teams to make data-driven hiring decisions.About You
You are a Talent Partner with at least 2+ years of experience.You have sourced and hired exceptional people and have experience hiring for technical roles.You can reduce complex problems to simple solutions.You want to be part of an amazing team.You are excited by what we’re building at Emma.Our Process
