to help us identify and support the next wave of independent recruiter-partners.What You’ll DoAs our Rec2Rec Talent Partner, you will:Engage with agency recruiters ready to go independent (or on the verge of it)Offer them a genuine, supported alternative to traditional agency lifeOwn the full recruiter-partner journey: from outreach and qualification to onboarding and activationBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of future independent recruitersUse tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, and HubSpot to source, track, and nurture candidatesAct as a trusted advisor, guiding recruiters through the transition into independenceWhat We’re Looking ForYou must currently work (or have recently worked) in a Rec2Rec (Recruitment-to-Recruitment) role.
