The role involves managing the staffing and talent initiatives for a pool of consultants, ensuring optimal mobilization across external client projects while balancing business needs and individual development.Our hybrid working policy requires the successful candidate to be present at the London Baker Street office 60% of the time.Responsibilities:

Staffing consultants onto external projects considering project requirements and personal development goals.Overseeing local utilization to minimize trapped capacity.Managing talent processes for 40-60 consultants, including onboarding, performance, and career development.Managing performance review processes (Mid-Year and Year-End).Serving as a trusted advisor for consultants on work-related issues.Collaborating with HR functions on training, performance, and recruitment.Participating in project-based initiatives.Ideal Candidate:
