Location: London - 3 days in 2 WFHSalary: £28k - £32k + commsABOUT THE JOBOur client is looking for a Junior Talent Manager to join their team, supporting the growth and management of a roster of beauty and lifestyle creators. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital media, influencer culture, and brand partnerships.RESPONSIBILITIESManaging day-to-day relationships with beauty and lifestyle creatorsManage the planning and execution of brand partnerships, influencer campaigns, and content collaborationsIdentify new opportunities for creators, including sponsorships, collaborations, events, and media appearancesMonitor trends in beauty, wellness, fashion, and lifestyle sectors to inform creator strategiesSupport contract management, ensuring deadlines and obligations are metHelp prepare reporting and updates on creator performance and campaign outcomesMAIN REQUIREMENTS1.5 + years’ experience in talent managementStrong interest and knowledge of beauty, fashion, wellness, and lifestyle industriesExcellent communication, both verbal and writtenKnowledge of social media trends, content creation, and the sports/entertainment industriesSUMO is an equal opportunities employer.
