Your new roleWe are looking for an experienced Talent Development Partner to join the People team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This is a key role focused on driving the organisation''s talent agenda, ensuring we have the right people, skills and leadership capability to support future growth.Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will lead initiatives across succession planning, workforce planning, performance management and capability development, helping to build a high-performing and future-ready workforce. Key Responsibilities Talent and Succession Planning Lead the annual talent and succession planning cycle. Identify critical roles and develop robust succession pipelines. Work with leaders to assess talent, identify potential and create development plans. Support talent review discussions and calibration processes. Workforce Planning Partner with business leaders to understand future workforce requirements. Analyse organisational capability and identify skills gaps. Develop workforce plans aligned to business objectives and growth plans. Utilise people data and insights to inform decision-making. Performance Management Drive and continuously improve the performance management framework. Support leaders in setting objectives, conducting performance reviews and managing development conversations. Ensure a consistent approach to performance and talent practices across the organisation.
