London based - hybrid £350 - £400 per day This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive programme manager who is passionate about learning, leadership development and creating exceptional employee experiences. You''ll be responsible for delivering a portfolio of leadership and talent development programmes across the EMEA region, helping employees and leaders develop the skills they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities Deliver a portfolio of leadership and talent development programmes across EMEA, ensuring an engaging and high-quality learner experience. Partner closely with HR, business leaders and global learning teams to identify regional development needs and execute impactful learning solutions. Manage all aspects of programme delivery, including planning, scheduling, communications, budgets, vendor management, learning systems and reporting.
